The machine is a front loading 2 stage washing machine fitted with the phosphating monitoring option. The machine is fitted with a 2500mm dia trolley basket with a standard maximum weight capacity of 1000kg. There is also the facility to lance manually large products with the built in jet wash gun.
The wash machine uses a phosphate wash solution (Novaphos) or similar where by the machine washes and phosphates simultaneously. Phosphating is and etching process which produces a very good paint adhesion and often eliminates the need for priming or etch priming.

Any residual water is neutralised and disposed with in accordance to our local water authorities.
