Paint services provided by DB Sheetmetals also includes powder coating and wet spray booths as well as a camel back and box oven together with an iron phosphate degreasing system. In addition, silk screen printing is also offered along with a full delivery service to any destination in the UK with DB Sheetmetals very own transport. In May 2006 the factory was expanded to 25,000 sq ft in order to maintain the standard of service provided.

The existing forming equipment that DB Sheetmetals have include, two Amanda CNC Folding Machines, an LVD with an 80 ton capacity and a 2.5m form length and an Easy Form Angle Measuring System. This equipment is also complimented by other cutting, punching and folding facilities, bench and pillar drills, inserting machines, fly presses as well as cold and cut-off saws. The welding shop facilities include TIG, MIG and Spot welding for stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium. The company also offer a full CAM/CAD service from prototype design through to production, the opportunity to quote from electronic or existing drawings is also welcomed.
